1. Overview
At Tarji Trends, we are committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. All orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and logistics partners. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, or reshipments may be processed, including vendor-specific policies.
2. Submitting a Claim
All requests for refunds, returns, or reshipments must be submitted directly to Tarji Trends via email at support@tarjitrends.com. Please do not contact our suppliers or fulfillment partners directly.
To help us process your claim efficiently, please provide:
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue with the product (videos preferred if photos are insufficient).
- A copy or screenshot of any correspondence or dispute filed through payment platforms or other channels.
- Your order number and contact information.
3. Eligibility for Refunds, Returns, or Reshipments
Claims will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Delayed Orders: Orders not received within the estimated delivery timeframe.
- Non-Delivery: Tracking confirms the item was not delivered.
- Damaged Products: Items arrive damaged or defective.
- Incorrect or Missing Items: Wrong products or missing items from the shipment.
- Order Cancellation: Only allowed prior to order fulfillment.
Please Note:
- Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of estimated delivery or tracking confirmation.
- Some products, such as personalized/custom items, digital goods, or sale items, may be excluded from returns or refunds.
4. Vendor-Specific Return Policies
- Returns due to buyer’s remorse or change of mind are generally not accepted.
- Returns or refunds are only available if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos to request a resolution.
- We will work with our fulfillment partners to verify and provide a refund or replacement where applicable.
Other vendor-specific terms may apply for certain products. Customers will be informed if additional restrictions exist.
5. Return Process
- Returns must be authorized by Tarji Trends; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for the return shipping address and procedures.
- Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
- Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- Refunds or credits will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
6. Limitations and Exclusions
- Refunds or reshipments are not available for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Tarji Trends is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by your country.
- Claims related to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with appearance do not qualify for returns or refunds (except where allowed by vendor-specific policies).
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, war, etc.) may affect shipping times and claims.

Shipping timelines vary by product and destination. We provide estimates but cannot guarantee delivery dates.
